Delete your account
Without an account, OpenPutt keeps nothing on our servers, so there's nothing to delete: your putts last only while you play. This page is for OpenPutt accounts.
How to delete it
- In the app: open the Menu, then Account, then Delete account.
- By email: write to support@openputt.app from your account's email address. We'll delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it's done.
What's deleted
- Your account: your email and your Apple or Google sign-in link.
- Your sign-ins on every phone.
- Your golfers, with all their sessions, putts and putters.
- Our record of your subscription.
Deleting in the app happens straight away. If you signed in with Apple, we also tell Apple to remove the link to OpenPutt.
Your subscription
Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Purchase records kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat follow their own policies. See the privacy policy.
